Between July and early September, the area's temperature may rise rather high. So, be prepared for sunshine, heat and humidity if you are from cooler country. Count on my advice because I live here. My English is mostly acceptable . Probably because I lived and worked in the U.S. for 13 years. So, count on me for any knowledge of this area and its communication in English. And of courese in Japanese.
